6:00-7:00 am ( Fajr & Quran)

7:00-8:00 am ( Get ready for school/ college/university)

8:00-9:00 am (Commute)

4. Behavior Tracking

Research has shown behavior tracking to play a critical role in performing well. It not only gives us clarity, but also gives us a holistic view of how we spend our time and energies.

As it's said ; ' The more we focus on grows'


  • For behavior tracking, usually planners come in handy as they are printed ready made, guides for us to just doodle, and write on.

  • One of the best free online printable planners I have used through out my academic career is the one by ics learn. Moreover, the printed planners that hooked me were the ones by pvoinspireme their study planners where as amazing as their daily planners!!

  • Planning & journaling not only helped me track my progress but also gave a clarity of thoughts and helped my fight my intrusive thoughts.

  • I must say that the credit for my achievements (such as; I was able to achieve good grades, secure my position in the top two performers, and was awarded with scholarship in each semester of my undergraduate studies) goes to the time I invested in planning and journaling.
